For RevOps

ScraperCity for RevOps

Keep the CRM clean: enrich incomplete records, validate emails to cut bounces, refresh stale contacts, and give your team consistent keys to dedup on, in bulk or through the API.

RevOps owns the data the revenue team runs on. Blank fields, duplicate accounts, and dead emails break routing, scoring, and reporting, and they get worse every quarter. You need to enrich what is incomplete, validate what might bounce, and keep it current without a stack of single-purpose tools. ScraperCity does enrichment, validation, and lookup on one account and one API, the same full toolset the rest of the platform runs on.

The tools you will use

A hygiene pass, start to finish

A common monthly workflow, run once by hand or wired into the API to repeat on a schedule.

  1. Export. Pull the CRM segment you want to clean to a CSV: new records from an integration, an event list, or the full database.
  2. Validate. Run the list through the Email Validator at $0.0072 per email, then drop or suppress every address that comes back undeliverable so the send never touches them.
  3. Enrich. Send the surviving rows through the Lead Enrichment Tool to fill blank emails, mobiles, titles, and company fields. Rows it cannot complete come back flagged.
  4. Refresh. For contacts that went quiet, add the Email Finder and Mobile Finder, or skip trace for people who changed roles, paying only for what is found.
  5. Dedup and re-import. With company name, domain, and title now normalized across the file, dedup on those consistent keys in your CRM and load the clean rows back.

What RevOps runs most

What we see RevOps teams do that works

The cleanup and enrichment behind a lot of CRMs runs through our platform, so we can see what the teams that keep their data current do. The patterns are consistent:
