## When to use it

Use to target online brands by the technology they run, e.g. Shopify stores using a given app.

## Steps

1. Take the platform, category, and any app or tech filters from the user.
2. Query scrape_store_leads for the matching stores, and use scrape_builtwith to confirm the tech where needed.
3. Keep the stores that have an email and return a CSV.

## Cost and tips

Store leads return fast from a cached database. Narrow by installed app to reach the buyers a plain category filter would miss.
